Huwa-San has extensive BPR – Biocidal Product Authorisation. The dossier was formally accepted by the EU competent authorities for the EU BPR and the HSE for the GB BPR. Under market freeze conditions set down by both the EU CA’s and HSE, Huwa-San is legally compliant and is permitted to be sold in the UK for application classes PT02, 03, 04, 05. Huwa-San TR50 is also listed as an approved constant dose biocide in the HSE ACOP HSG274 Pt2.

Huwa-San TR50 (SuPerSil)

Designed for down water disinfection, Huwa-San TR50 is a 50% hydrogen peroxide concentration. It is a highly developed silver-stabilised hydrogen peroxide, making it a credible alternative to chlorination. It is used at many commercial and industrial sites.

Medium-Strength Disinfectant for Versatile Applications

Huwa-San TR20

Ideal for small to medium-sized water systems found in schools, hospitals, care homes, etc. With a 20% concentration of hydrogen peroxide, Huwa-San TR20 breaks down and removes micro organisms and their habitats. Keeping water clean and hygienic with no harmful residue.

Huwa-San is a highly effective disinfectant with a silver-stabilised hydrogen peroxide composition. It’s a non-chemical water treatment, using oxidation to disinfect and maintain your water systems.

Hydrogen peroxide works by releasing oxygen when in contact with water. This creates an oxidising effect, disinfecting and cleaning water while killing microorganisms. By stabilising the hydrogen peroxide molecules in a small amount of ionic silver (a technique unique to Huwa-San), the hydrogen peroxide remains in residual form for longer.

Huwa-San has quickly become a credible alternative to chlorine-based disinfectants. Chlorine is a chemical treatment known to leave harmful byproducts and be less effective at removing certain biofilm. Huwa-San provides a non-corrosive, eco-friendly, effective, and often safer water cleaning disinfectant.

Choosing the right Huwa-San water treatment comes down to various factors, including the size and type of system to be treated. For example, large tanks and down water systems will benefit from Huwa-San TR-50, the strongest concentration. Smaller water systems (between 200 and 1200 litres) will benefit from Huwa-San 20, and general surface disinfection will suit the lightest concentration of Huwa-San TR-3.
