5 Micron Sediment Filter

Removes Dirt, Rust, Sand, Dust, Silt, and other particles from water down to 5 microns. This protects your plumbing & appliances and extends the life of the carbon filters. The graded pore structure uses the entire depth of the filter – capturing larger particles in the outer layers and decreasing in size as it reaches the center. This maximizes the dirt holding capacity, giving more time between changeouts.

1 Micron Ultra-Fine Sediment Filtration

Used as stage 2 in the fine sediment whole-house system, this filter further filters the water, removing particles from the water down to 1 micron (0.00004″ – roughly 1/50th the size of a human hair). This provides excellent protection for your plumbing, fixtures, and appliances from damage due to sediment buildup.
