Applied Membranes Helios series ultraviolet water treatment systems UV technology is proven to control microbiological (bacteria & virus) issues in water including E.coli, Cryptosporidium and Giardia lamblia. Designed for easy, do-it-yourself installation, Applied Membranes Helios Series systems can be installed on a single tap (point of use), or at the point-of-entry to treat all the water coming into the home.
Applied Membranes Solapur Helios Plus series are equipped with an advanced upgraded controller featuring protected lamp replacement and a full-color screen displaying lamp countdown, diagnostics & warnings. Helios Plus controllers are fully expandable for plug-and-play upgrades.

Optional Add-On Modules for Helios Plus Ultraviolet Water Treatment Systems
Applied Membranes Solapur Helios Plus UV Systems are fully expandable. These plug and play modules can be added during installation, or as upgrades at a later date. Helios Plus and Ultra controllers incorporate an “Infinite Expandability Port” (IEP) which allows for expansion to the UV sensor and all other modules. Each module (including the sensor) comes with both a male and female connection. Connect any device to the controller and all subsequent devices are then connected into the female end of last device added in a “daisy chain” configuration.

Water Quality Monitor compatible with Helios Plus & Ultra systems and allows for remote monitoring of all alarms on the UV system. Three LEDs visually display system functionality from up to 150’ (46m) away. |

UV Sensor Module allows the 254nm UV wavelength to be measured and displayed via the controller. The sensor plugs directly into the controller and is mounted in the sensor port located on all reactors. Order Part # UV-S-H1 for systems 2 to 15 gpm; Part # UV-S-H2 for 21 gpm system.

TRV (temperature management relief valve) allows for a small amount of water to be physically released (dumped) from the UV unit to allow for cooling of the water. Used in applications of extended “no flow” conditions, or when the temperature of the treated water is of a critical nature. |
